Position Overview
PRN Inpatient Physical Therapist - Enjoy a 401K plan with a 4% match and complimentary Continuing Education opportunities!
We are looking for a dedicated inpatient Physical Therapist to become a part of our hospital team in Victorville, CA. This role is part-time/PRN, where you will engage in direct patient care and facilitate rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive a membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), making this an excellent opportunity for those passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.
How We Support Your Journey- Part-time employment with flexible scheduling.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Direct and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides.
- A genuine passion for serving others is essential!
- Must possess a valid California license as a Physical Therapist or be in the process of obtaining one.
- We encourage both recent graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists to apply.
