Hiring: Associate Director, CRM Product Owner (Hybrid – East Hanover, NJ)

Are you an experienced Product Owner with deep expertise in enterprise CRM, Salesforce/Veeva platforms, and pharmaceutical commercial operations? We are looking for an Associate Director, CRM Product Owner to drive next-generation Customer360 digital capabilities for a global leader in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Location: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Pay Rate: $62.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the strategy, development, and release of priority commercial CRM capabilities (field productivity, customer engagement, medical workflows).
• Agile Leadership: Drive backlog refinement, Sprint/PI planning, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and release predictability.
• Stakeholder Bridge: Partner cross-functionally across Commercial, Medical, IT, Architecture, Analytics, and Legal/Privacy teams.
• Continuous Innovation: Leverage CRM, Data Lake, and AI architecture (Salesforce, Veeva, Data Cloud, Snowflake, LLMs) to streamline workflows and boost user adoption.
• Governance & Quality: Ensure all deliverables adhere to strict pharmaceutical data privacy, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5–7+ years in CRM Product Management, Technology Strategy, or Innovation roles (preferably within Pharma, Healthcare, or Biotech).
• CRM Expertise: Strong domain knowledge of Salesforce (Core, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce) and Veeva.
• Agile Operations: Proven track record in backlog prioritization, user story drafting (including AI-supported techniques), and cross-functional alignment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
