Join a dedicated nursing team providing comprehensive patient care in a hospital setting. Responsibilities Include Performing thorough assessments, reassessments, and documenting findings accurately. Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans based on patient data, diagnoses, and protocols. Administering medications, monitoring IV fluids, and providing patient and family education. Recognizing changes in patient condition, implementing appropriate actions, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Providing specialized care, including pain management, restraint use, and abuse assessment, ensuring patient safety. Adhering to infection control practices, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Demonstrating professionalism, supporting team collaboration, and mentoring new staff. Engaging in continuous professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Delivering age-appropriate, respectful, and compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients. Qualifications And Skills Current RN license in the applicable state(s). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle emergency situations and adapt to changing demands. Commitment to safety, infection control, and professional standards.
