Role Overview Join us as a Faith Community Nursing (FCN) Coordinator to bridge healthcare with faith-based communities to improve lives—body, mind, and spirit. Key Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the healthcare system, faith communities, and the broader community Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of FCN programs Recruit, train, and guide paid and volunteer Faith Community Nurses Promote holistic care—addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual well–being Assess community health needs and coordinate wellness screenings & education events Deliver engaging presentations to nurses, clergy, and community groups Maintain program data and ensure compliance with reporting requirements Build strong partnerships with congregations and community organizations Coordinate care for patients in the FCN Transitional Care Program Travel between facilities and community events as needed Take on additional responsibilities that support the mission Required Education & Experience Education: Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred) At least 3 years of direct patient care experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Commitment to growth: complete BLS Instructor Training within 6 months Other Details Status: Full Time (Exempt) Location: Tampa, FL Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On Call: No How often will this team member be working remotely?
