Jay's Chevrolet in Wauseon, OH is looking for a driven and experienced GM Salesperson to join our team! If you have a passion for General Motors vehicles and a proven track record in automotive sales, this is your opportunity to thrive in a supportive, customer-first dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process from initial greeting to final delivery
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current Chevrolet and GM vehicle inventory, features, and trim levels
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance goals
• Conduct test drives and deliver compelling, informed product presentations
• Collaborate with finance and management teams to structure deals and close sales
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers via phone, email, and CRM tools

Requirements:

• Prior automotive sales experience required; GM or Chevrolet experience strongly preferred
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a dealership setting
• Strong knowledge of GM vehicle lineups, trims, and features
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency with dealership CRM software and lead management tools
