Asst Property Manager / Asst Community Manager - AH/Tax Credit Job Category : ONSITE Requisition Number : ASSTP003419 Posted: April 29, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Responsibilities As an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager, you will support the Community Manager in daily operations, financial performance, and resident relations. Your role includes: Managing the day‑to‑day operations and financial performance of the community. Optimizing net operating income and carrying out ownership objectives. Ensuring housing affordability compliance: eligibility determination, third‑party verifications, tenant income certification, and regulatory compliance reports. Overseeing maintenance operations and landlord‑tenant law compliance. Preparing budget reports, financial statements, and monthly reporting. Providing excellent customer service to residents and coordinating with the maintenance team. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent (college degree preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in affordable housing or tax‑credit community management, including leasing management. Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulation and landlord‑tenant law. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Compensation $24.00 per hour, plus benefits.
