Seeking a Senior Analyst/Programmer with experience in systems analysis, design, and coding. This individual must interact with analysts and programmers assigned to the project and have the ability to communicate effectively in oral or written form and maintain good working relationships within and outside the development team. Expertise in the coding of criminal justice applications is highly desirable.

All work shall be performed on-site at the client's offices located in Raleigh, NC 27602. Interviews are required and is the responsibility of the applicant. Any travel after the contract is awarded may be reimbursed at current and applicable State rates.

• J2EE/Java 1.5 (n-tier enterprise Java (J2EE) system/application development)
• Spring Framework
• GWT (Google We Toolkit)
• Websphere MQ
• RAD version 7
• DB2
• CVS
• Strong XML knowledge
• SOAP
• WSDL
• XML Web Services
• Object-Oriented Development
• Strong Communication Skills

i. 8+ years of progressive analyst/programmer experience in large-scale, complex online systems ii. 2+ years as a senior developer on a large-scale web based project+S31
