Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist with 3 years of experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week contract at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, CA.

Details

• Inpatient rehab unit within a 277-bed acute care hospital
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Acute rehab experience preferred; orientation provided for float to acute rehab as needed
• Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
• Block scheduling requests considered at manager's discretion
• Charting via Epic (required)
• Free parking on-site
• Local candidates are accepted

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of physical therapy experience required
• Acute inpatient rehab experience strongly preferred
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Active PT license required (pending license not accepted)
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; RTO requests made after submission or offer may be denied
• Refusal to float between facilities may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
