Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification or licensure in School Psychology
• Strong knowledge of school-based psychological assessment tools and best practices
• Experience in providing individual and group counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention in a school setting
• Proficient communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling services to students, addressing academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Collaborate in data-driven decision-making, supporting interventions and school-wide programs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and recommend strategies
