About Our Client

Reputable luxury home buidler, working throughout Palm Beach County with a strong pipeline of projects. This position is responsible for full lifecycle ownership of ground-up custom home projects-overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while leading internal teams and coordinating with subcontractors and clients.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of custom home construction projects
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control across multiple builds
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and trade partners
• Drive projects to completion on time and within budget

The Successful Applicant

• 5-7+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Strong background in ground-up custom homes
• Proven experience with full project lifecycle ownership
• Demonstrated team leadership and management capabilities
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong accountability
• Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-awareness

What's on Offer

• Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
