About the Role

The Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. This role will also involve supervising a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure effective workflow

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Maintenance Director experience preferred

• Strong background in maintenance management or related field

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Physical stamina to perform site visits and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
