Full Time Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT) Role: Provide in-house therapy services to residents, evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans based on medical charts and physician orders. Implement treatment through direct care and educate team members on the plan of care, supervising PTAs as needed. Attend interdisciplinary meetings to share clinical findings and make recommendations, and conduct staff and family training when appropriate. Opportunity to work across multiple centers to serve diverse patient needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and a valid or pending state license. Responsibilities: Review medical records, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise therapy assistants, participate in team meetings, and provide education to staff and families.
