Bookkeeper Rocky Mountain Mechanical (Emmett, Idaho)

Rocky Mountain Mechanical is looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to help keep our growing company running smoothly. We are a locally owned plumbing and HVAC company based in Emmett, Idaho , and we take pride in serving our community while building a strong, supportive team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and helping a business stay financially on track. We are looking for someone dependable who pays attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Invoicing and payment tracking

• Bank and credit card reconciliations

• Assist with payroll and job costing

• Maintain organized financial reports and records

• Work with management to keep finances accurate and up to date

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Professional and dependable work ethic
