Regional Hospice Nursing Director - Travel Across 3 Markets

Ovation Hospice Holding, BLLC

Ovation Hospice is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Nursing to lead across Phoenix, Denver, and Salt Lake City. This role combines Director of Nursing responsibilities with travel to all markets, including interim DON assignments as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (NLC states acceptable), a BSN, and at least 5 years of hospice experience with 3+ years in leadership. Frequent travel is required to support multiple markets.
