Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans Document patient health information, progress notes, and care plans accurately in medical records Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in clinical condition Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies Requirements Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois (in good standing) Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, BSN, or equivalent) Previous clinical nursing experience preferred Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and infection control Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Current BLS/CPR certification required About Us Golden Healthcare Services Inc has been a trusted provider of quality healthcare services in the Olympia Fields, IL community, committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
