Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and adjust instructional approaches as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and required documentation
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and supportive classroom culture
• Communicate regularly with families and administrators about student successes and areas of growth
