Overview
Interventional Radiology Tech | Travel assignment in Kansas City, KS | Start 07/12/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,891-$3,072 per week | 40 hours/week (4x10-hour days) | Hospital setting
This travel position supports interventional radiology procedures in a high-volume IR unit. The schedule is 4x10-hour days, with days Monday through Friday and a rotating day off. Creditialing processes are in place to support a rapid start.

Responsibilities
- Assist interventional radiology procedures as a radiologic technologist, including scrub duties and room preparation
- Operate imaging equipment to guide catheters and interventional devices under sterile conditions
- Maintain sterile technique, patient positioning, and monitoring during procedures
- Support the IR team with documentation, equipment setup, and post-procedure turnaround
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and radiation safety practices throughout the workflow
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to manage a high-volume caseload

Requirements
- ARRT Radiography certification (in hand)
- Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (can apply once offered)
- 2 years of interventional radiology experience; scrub experience required
- 3 years of IR experience preferred; large hospital experience and peripheral/neurovascular exposure valued
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IR environment; may need to float within IR as needed
- Eligible to work in the United States for a travel assignment
