About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down banquet rooms for events, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with menu planning and selection to meet client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during events.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the event.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or event service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have valid food handling certification.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate various event times.
