Administrative Nursing SupervisorThe Administrative Nursing Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the administrative operations and clinical practice activities within one or more areas on a twenty-four-hour basis. Provides patient care services that are coordinated to provide a seamless, integrated system of care that is high value, cost-effective and customer focused.Minimum Requirements:NJ RN LicenseBLS, ACLS, IV, and Dysrhythmia certification2 years ED or ICU experiencePrevious management and/or nursing supervisor experiencePrevious monitoring and clinical skills in a hospital settingIntermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pullPreferred Experience:BSNSalary Range - $48.00 - $62.00 hourly (based on experience)Additional information:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
