Picker PackerJohnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Pick & Packer to support warehouse operations in the Conejo Valley, CA area. This role focuses on accurate picking/packing using RF scanners, maintaining productivity goals, and supporting a safe, organized work environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUse RF scanner to accurately pick the correct products and quantitiesUse terminal/scanner to accurately pack the correct products and quantitiesMeet productivity goals and assigned schedulesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentMove products accurately into and out of the consolidation areaFollow order instructions carefully, including label application and applying stamps as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned by the managerQualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in packaging, receiving, and picking productsPreferred Skills: Strong computer skills including scanning/RF experience. Excellent attention to detail (accurate item and quantity selection). Respectful, collaborative team approach. Strong work ethic; able to work independently with minimal oversight.
