We are looking for a Sales Marketing Analyst to help execute high-impact marketing campaigns and improve our outreach efforts.

Position Overview

The Sales Marketing Analyst will be responsible for lead generation by launching and managing outbound marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in email marketing, sales automation tools, and campaign analytics, along with a strong understanding of AI tools to help generate and customize outbound messaging. Additionally, this role may assess marketing tech-stack performance and identify opportunities for additional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage email and direct messaging campaigns using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation platforms.
• Knowledge of AI-tools to assist in generating and customizing outreach and campaigns for cold prospects is preferred.
• Optimize prospect engagement through data-driven content adjustments and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies.
• Research and evaluate marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in lead segmentation and audience targeting with personalized outreach.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, track engagement trends, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to align outbound campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or sales automation.
• Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance data.
• Experience with SEO-driven content strategies and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive messaging.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, such as Claude Cowork and Base44, and how to apply them to marketing and campaign work preferred.
