Quality Assurance Inspector

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will perform incoming component inspections, document quality records, and partner with production teams to keep operations running smoothly. Role Highlights Pay range: $18.00 - $25.00 / hour (based on experience) Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday Location: Madison, WI (Fully On-Site) Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity What You’ll Do Perform incoming inspections on raw materials and components against technical drawings and acceptance criteria Accurately document inspection results and maintain electronic quality records using GDP standards Identify nonconforming materials and assist with nonconformance disposition processes Log, track, and summarize quality data using Microsoft Excel to support continuous improvement Partner with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to resolve material quality issues What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED equivalent 1 to 3 years of inspection or quality experience, preferably in a medical device or manufacturing setting Hands-on experience using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
