• Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care. New to the LTC/SNF field or a newly graduated PT? We have an incredible mentorship program to help launch your career into this fastest-growing field of healthcare. Education: Graduate Degree from an accredited PT program is required. Licensure: Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application, CPR certification NIT offers superior benefits including medical/dental insurance, generous PTO, and profit-sharing 401k programs!
