The REM is responsible for developing, planning, and executing retail execution strategies that drive growth, improve in-store performance, and maximize return on investment at KrogerJob HighlightsDefine retail execution priorities through collaboration with Customer Business Team (CBT) and in alignment with Perfect StoreLead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Sales Managers through strategic leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with Kroger division leadership, in partnership with Retail Sales Managers, to provide business updates and identify incremental growth opportunities.Analyze division and store performance to develop routing recommendations and optimize coverage models.Drive visibility to retail execution ROI through communication of results, event performance, and actionable store-level insights.Collaborate and align with CBT and/or broader Retail Execution team on action plans to course correct as neededLead and influence third-party broker partners through strategic direction, performance management, and regular communication to maximize retail execution ROIDevelop and deliver training for third-party broker supervisors and field representatives on Kraft Heinz priorities, product knowledge, execution standards, competitive dynamics, and seasonal initiatives.Establish relationships with key collaborators within CBT or 3rd party – sharing updates on upsell opportunities / wins at divisions and gaining alignment / support where neededUse data and benchmarking to see opportunities and implement action plans that impact results including frequency, coverage, response rates, training or product knowledgeCommunicate competitive information to CBT and Retail Execution leadershipDrive consistent approach and continuous improvement to simplify workstreams, identify and share standard methodologies, and deliver efficienciesManage budgets and broker investments responsibly while maintaining planned cost structures and delivering strong returns on investment.Required travel of approximately 25-30% to support field operations, customer engagement, market visits, and business initiatives across multiple geographiesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of 5+ years of proven consumer package goods industry experience or similar experienceProficient in Microsoft Office programsSelf-starter, great motivation, open to change and out of the box/creative thinkingSuccessful track record of building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment while cultivating a culture of inclusion, development, and continuous improvement.Strong retail sales, finance, category planning and/or analytical backgroundStrong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skillsExcellent organization and project management skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimal directionProficient in business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Circana/IRI, Market 6, Spark, and budget management systems).Ability to effectively synthesize complex information and influence leadership through clear recommendations and actionable insights.Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships while earning trust, credibility, and influence across all levels of the organizationSuperior Execution – willingness to roll up sleeves and execute key initiatives in a timely mannerKnowledge of Kroger and broker environmentOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.New Hire Base Salary Range:$120,800.00 - $151,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits: Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, we offer plans tailored to meet you and your family’s needs.
