We are looking for energetic and professional cooks to join our team for the season. The Upriver Grill and Taproom focuses on casual bistro cuisine served in a relaxed environment. Our kitchen is small, and when it is busy, it can be very fast‑paced and sometimes high‑stress. Our focus is to be polite and respectful to our coworkers and get the job done. Skills we look for: 2-5 years of line cooking experience Demonstrated knife skills Knowledge of food safety, including cooling techniques, food storage, and cleaning. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift 50-plus pounds. Great communication skills We have a very tight front and back of the house staff, and during the summer, they tend to do numerous events together.
