Global Payroll Director | Hybrid 4x Onsite

Atlas Search, a leading fintech firm in Manhattan, is seeking a senior payroll leader for a hybrid role (on-site 4 days a week). You will design and govern a global payroll operating model that supports US and international jurisdictions. The position requires 10+ years of payroll experience and prior team leadership, with a strong focus on controls, automation, and year-end reporting. Base salary ranges from $175,000 to $215,000, with bonus eligibility discussed at offer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
