Responsibilities Conduct speech therapy sessions with patients, assessing their communication and swallowing skills, and developing personalized treatment plans to achieve their goals. Utilize evidence‑based practices and technologies to deliver high‑quality care and maximize patient outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient results. Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress reports to ensure patients' treatment plans are on track. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Participate in patient education and family support to promote empowerment and independence. Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research to refine therapy techniques and services. Requirements 0 years of experience as a Speech Therapist (entry‑level candidates welcome!). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana. CPR/First Aid certification. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Job Type: PART TIME and P.R.N.
