Pay: Starting at $19.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience. About Us
R&D Landscape is a full-service landscape company specializing in landscape construction, maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and snow management throughout Mid-Michigan. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a long-term career in landscape construction. Whether you're an experienced installer or someone looking to grow into a leadership position, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Install landscape beds, trees, shrubs, and plant material.
- Assist with retaining walls, patios, drainage systems, grading, and landscape construction.
- Operate landscape construction equipment as experience allows.
- Work safely while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Assist foremen with project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Landscape construction experience preferred.
- Construction experience is helpful.
- Ability to learn equipment operation.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Dependable attendance.
- Strong work ethic.
- Coachable attitude.
- Interest in long-term career growth.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, and work outdoors throughout the day.
- Ability to regularly lift materials and equipment.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
