Your journey with us follows a proven growth model:Apprentice: Learn the fundamentals, safety, and high-quality installation standards.Junior Head Installer: Take on more responsibility and increased earning power as you refine your craft.Head Installer: Lead your own crew and maximize your compensation, with top performers earning up to $110,000 per year.What You'll DoInstall & Repair: Work with seamless gutters, specialty systems, and gutter guards.Customer Service: Act as a professional face of the company, interacting comfortably with homeowners.Work Outdoors: Tackle physical tasks in various weather conditions and seasons.Level Up: Actively engage in training to move through the pay scales quickly.RequirementsMust be 18+ with a valid driver's license.Positive Attitude: A "can-do" spirit is your most important tool.Communication: Ability to speak clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.Stamina: Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors; willingness to work overtime when needed.Experience: 2 years of construction experience is a plus, but not required.
