Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Job Details Position: After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Location: Claridge, Pennsylvania (North Huntingdon, PA area) Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts with after‑hours and on‑call coverage. Employment type: Staff – ongoing. Compensation: $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, plus base salary and additional productivity bonuses. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting. Respond to after‑hours and on‑call patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support in real time. Support and guide patients and families during evenings, nights, weekends, and crisis situations. Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, but never alone. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred. Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations.
