Construction Project Manager — Commercial/Multifamily

Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple commercial construction projects, leading them from pre-construction through closeout. Projects will consist of a mix of ground-up and renovation work across commercial and multifamily sectors.
- Manage 2 concurrent projects totaling ~$16M - $18M in value
- Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and subcontractor coordination
- Run OAC meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners and design teams
- Office-based with regular site visits to track progress and ensure quality
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–10 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing projects $5M+, ideally across ground-up and renovations
- Strong knowledge of construction means & methods and ability to read drawings
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client and team relationships
