Merchandising Manager - Jewelry

Artful Home is looking for a Merchandise Manager, Jewelry to lead our jewelry assortment strategy and merchandising across catalog and digital platforms. You'll own category strategy, curate our designer and private-label mix, shape digital marketing (email, landing pages, campaigns), and build relationships with the artists and designers who make our jewelry collection special. What you'll do: Own jewelry category strategy and assortment curation across designers and private label Merchandise our catalog and digital presentation, partnering with Creative and Marketing on campaigns Recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with artists and designers Analyze sales performance and competitive trends to spot growth opportunities Lead and develop the Jewelry merchandising team Requirements 5+ years of direct merchandising experience Experience managing a team Jewelry, eCommerce, and multi-channel retail merchandising experience preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in fashion, retail merchandising, or related field preferred Strong cross-functional collaboration skills Some travel required, including occasional weekend trade shows. 401(k) and 401(k) matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Employee assistance program Paid time off Referral program Why Artful Home We're committed to building an inclusive, equitable company where every voice is heard.
