What You'll Do As a Dock Worker , you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently by safely moving materials and preparing shipments. Your responsibilities will include: Safely load, unload, move, and organize materials using forklifts and pallet jacks. Read and interpret shipping labels, work orders, and packing instructions. Verify shipping information and consolidate pallets based on delivery destinations. Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully. Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment. Work closely with team members to meet shipping and production deadlines. What We're Looking For You're a fit for the role of Dock Worker, if your background includes:: High school diploma or GED. Previous forklift operating experience. Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read shipping documents and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
