Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! If you’re a hands-on problem-solver with experience in boilers, chillers, packaged units, control systems and refrigeration, we want you to join our family.
Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units, refrigeration equipment and control systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician with thorough working knowledge of commercial equipment.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification required.

Job Type:
Full-time
Pay: $40+ based on experience
Benefits:

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• On-call availability as needed
• Expected hours: 40+ per week

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance-based bonuses

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Commercial HVAC: 10+ years (preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• EPA Certification (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Harrison, OH 45030: Must be willing to relocate before starting work or be able to reliably commute(required)
