If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a API LLM Integration / ReactJS Engineer - Hybrid to join our team in Santa Clara, California (US-CA), United States (US).This API LLM Integration Engineer will work with our AI team, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create AI-driven solutions that meet our company’s business needs and goals.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesDesigning, developing, and implementing AI modelsAnalyzing and improving existing AI architecturesResearching and implementing new AI technologies and methodologiesWorking with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand business needs and goalsEnsuring the AI systems are aligned with the company’s business strategyProviding expertise and guidance on AI capabilities and systemsEnsuring that all AI initiatives follow compliance and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with other teams to implement and improve AI functionalityBuild AI agent from scratch using product requirementsThis includes developing the agent, testing different scenarios including knowledge retrieval and support journeys, and writing simulation testsThis can (should) also include interfacing directly with the client in a product capacity, ensuring that the agent is meeting their needs and can connect to all necessary APIs/databases to do its jobReview live conversations and client feedback, using the experience managerThis includes identifying negative conversations using evaluation tools, creating issues for bad conversations, receiving issues from the client, and so onThis is the steady state of the agent -- regularly checking in, making improvements, evaluating metricsHands-On React development lifecycle and component lifecycle Minimum Requirements:3+ years of experience AI and related domains 3+ years of experience conceptualizing and architecting the target environment for AI solutions5+ years hands-on development experience using React JS, especially core concepts/philosophies of developing with React and front-end frameworks in general5+ years ReactJS and Typescript experience, comfortable with VCS using Git, and other standard engineering workflows, understanding of LLMs and writing API integrations in Typescript3+ years of experience supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion initiativesBachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experiencePreferred Skills:Project lead experience with a global teamRelevant certifications in AI domainsMust reside in the US Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $$87,952 - $203,954 This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
