JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal care: assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygeine, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.
• Provide housekeeping: assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery/clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.
• Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.
• Provide or arrange social interactions for client well-being.
• Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.

RATE OF PAY:

• $19-21 per hour (experience dependent)

 

SCHEDULE:

Am Shifts Mon-Fri 7:30AM to 10:30AM

PM Shifts Mon -5-8PM

Tues- 4:45-8PM

Wed- 5-8PM

Thurs- 4:45-8pm

Frid- 4:30-8pm

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

• Driver's License 
• Car Insurance

WORK LOCATION:

• In person (client's home)
