We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Pleasant View Center in Concord, NH. This role is open to both nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $112,320 to $128,960, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaboration with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities, as well as working alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.

• Deliver primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
• Work in partnership with other medical providers to enhance the quality of healthcare.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of improving lives through compassionate healthcare.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. For nurse practitioners, a Master's Degree in Nursing with a focus on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is required. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. Physician Assistants must have graduated from an ARC-PA accredited program and passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred. In states where practice regulations permit, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration are required for both APRNs and PAs.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

The posted salary range for this position is between $112,320 and $128,960 per year.
