RN/LPN- 12-Hour Shifts, Home Care - Weekends

Available Hours: Part or Full Time, 12-Hour Shifts, 7am-7pm Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Location: Near West Side Position: RNs or LPNs Apply Experience: Trach & Vent Experience Required, Critical Care Experience Preferred Pay: $35-$40/Hour Start Date: Can Start Training Immediately, Case Start October Join a leader in the home health care industry. Registered Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties: * Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’snurse practice act. * Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes. * Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill. * Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state andfederal laws. * Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs. Position Requirements Nurse Qualifications: * Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois) * Home Health Experience Preferred * Pediatric Experience Preferred (Trach, G-Tube) * Oasis Trained * 1 year experience. * Proof of eligibility to work in the US. * Reliable car / auto insurance. * Clean background and criminal record. #IND456
