ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Since opening our agency in 2012, we've built a team-oriented environment where people are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. With more than 16 years in the insurance industry, I understand the value of investing in the right people and creating opportunities for long-term career development.

Our office operates with a "work hard, play hard" mentality. We hold ourselves accountable to our goals, support one another as a team, and celebrate our successes together. The culture we've built is one of the biggest reasons people enjoy working here.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, traveling, golfing, playing tennis, hosting a podcast, and staying involved in the local community. I believe in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office.

I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow. The ideal candidate works well with others, brings a positive attitude to the team, takes initiative, and is committed to continuous improvement. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Tyler Rutledge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
