Summer Camp Director

Title 1 Summer Program Director Lebanon School District (SAU 88) – W.Lebanon, NewHampshire Job Description The Title1 Summer Program Director is responsible for coordinating and managing all tasks related to the Title1 summer tutoring program. The Director will oversee instructional staff, parent/family communication, arrangements for the location of instruction, and data collection related to the instruction provided. Collaboration and communication with all stakeholders relating to student learning and growth are essential. Ability to manage multiple grade‑level programs across two district locations is a must. The position is anticipated to run from 02/09/2026 through 08/14/2026. Hours and days are varied and will be determined in collaboration with the Director of Academics, Engagement, and Opportunity. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all tasks related to the summer tutoring program. Oversee instructional staff and parent/family communication. Arrange locations for instruction and collect instructional data. Collaborate with stakeholders to support student learning and growth. Manage multiple grade‑level programs across two district locations. Requirements At least 5 years of successful teaching at the PK‑through‑8th grade level. New Hampshire certification as an elementary teacher, reading/writing specialist, or special educator. New Hampshire Administrator Certification preferred. Knowledge of intervention programming preferred. Experience with summer school programming preferred. Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, speak, and hear. The employee occasionally must stand, walk, lift, and move items up to 15pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
