Account Manager/CSR (In Office)

Join a manufacturer of high-end, exceptional quality weatherproof cabinets, as an Account Manager. Our client services customers throughout all parts of the United States, and some internationally. This is a full-cycle customer service position where you will handle a customer from initial contact, through the design process, all the way to the completion of the sale. Do not look at this role as a "True Sales" role but more of Customer Service based role from begging to ending of the sales process. Salary: $24 - $26 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Education: High School. Responsibilities As an Inside Account Manager, you will manage the entire customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Engage new and existing customers, handling the sale from start to finish. Work with aDesigner during the design process. Proactively follow-up via telephone and email with customers who have contacted but have not purchased cabinetry. Follow up with customers who have open Proposals on a set schedule. Build and maintain working relationships with repeat Industry Professional (contractors, designers, etc.) customers for future projects and growth. Answer telephone calls during business hours and assist customers with sales, design, and product construction related questions. Quoting & Administration Prepare price quotes using the CRM system (QuickBase). Deliver project documents (the proposal) and follow up with emails and/or telephone calls. Enter sales into internal operating system. Process customer payments and prepare job folders for production. Update CRM system (QuickBase) with current status and related notes as they pertain to customer service activities.
