Looking to hire 2-3 people,
Job duties will include: mowing, weed whacking, leaf blowing, Equipment Maintenance, driving various pickup trucks, and trailers, swapping trucks and equipment from summer mode to winter mode. hooking up and disconnecting plows, salters, being able to follow routes with caution and time in mind.
Attention to detail is the utmost importance, being able to speak nicely and respectable to customers, making sure all paperwork is in order daily/weekly. Pictures MUST be taken at every job!
Showing up on time is VERY IMPORTANT, reliable transportation to and from work, and communication.
summer pay scale differs a lot from winter pay scale (this will be discussed during the interview)
Being able to operate skid steer, excavator, loader a huge plus!
Medical/retirement plans are in the works; we just do not offer them at this current time.
