ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in February 2022 and currently lead a team of six. I’ve been with State Farm since 2013, beginning my career as an agent team member before completing the Agent Aspirant program and opening an agency of my own. I come from a background in finance and insurance and hold both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Supporting our community is important to us. We sponsor a variety of local youth sports and make an effort to support organizations and causes that are meaningful to our team members. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Jacquelyn Howell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Bilingual Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jacquelyn Howell - State Farm Agent
