Responsibilities include: Assemble medical device components using detailed work instructions Use hand tools such as wire cutters, strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches Perform mechanical assembly of hardware and components Operate specialized equipment for functional testing Read and follow assembly instructions, SOPs, and build plans Complete production and quality documentation accurately Use computers to access work instructions and record production data Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Follow safety, ESD, and manufacturing procedures What We're Looking For Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, medical device, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred Ability to follow detailed written instructions and procedures Comfortable using hand tools and working with small components Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills Willingness to learn, cross-train, and rotate between workstations Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus Skills (Not Required) Medical device manufacturing experience Cable assembly, wiring, crimping, or soldering experience Experience working from build plans, travelers, or production documentation Experience in regulated manufacturing environments Work Environment You'll work in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility that combines a professional manufacturing environment with a relaxed, people-focused culture. Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
