Job Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
