Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - Nights * Sign on Bonus!*

BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Labor & Delivery RN. Position Details Facility: BayCare Health System, Labor & Delivery Unit - MCH Location: Mease Countryside Hospital Status: Full Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: Yes Responsibilities Work independently in a hospital setting to care for a group of patients, consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Maintain professional accountability and pursue development opportunities. Collaborate and communicate with interdisciplinary care providers to develop and assist in the plan of care. Organize, prioritize, and update the plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others. Identify patients at risk for injury (diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc.) and prepare the room environment. Required Qualifications Registered Nurse license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing Preferred Experience At least 6 months RN labor & delivery experience. At least 1 year RN labor & delivery experience strongly preferred.
