Job Description Handle challenging commercial and business litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution. Draft compelling motions pleadings briefs and discovery documents. Take and defend depositions prepare witnesses and participate in courtroom proceedings. Represent clients in state and federal courts. Partner with experienced attorneys to develop creative effective litigation strategies. Work directly with business clients financial institutions and corporate stakeholders. Navigate complex disputes involving contracts creditors rights financial services and commercial transactions. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Active bar admission in MD VA DE DC or PA. 2 years of practicing attorney experience. 1 years of commercial or business litigation experience. Strong legal research writing negotiation and oral advocacy skills. Excellent communication analytical and client relationship skills. Law firm experience preferred; qualified in-house and solo practitioners encouraged to apply.
