Bilingual School Based Therapist

Job Title: Bilingual School Based Therapist Location: This role will split time between Nuevas Fronteras Elementary and Pullman Elementary Nuevas Fronteras Elementary: 1020 3rd St., St. Paul Park, MN 55071 Pullman Elementary: 1260 Selby Ave., St. Paul Park, MN 55071 Working Model: In-person Employee Type: 1.0 FTE – Full Time Full Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401k, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Life Insurance Time off and Holidays Reasonable caseload expectations and flexible scheduling Free attendance for internal CEUs Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Sagent staff, and school staff as needed. Provide consultation to parents and school staff. Attend school meetings, IEP meetings, Student Intervention team, etc. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community. Requirements Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for: MN: LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP. Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to provide assessment, treatment, consultation, and documentation services in either language as needed. Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and adolescents, which may include internship, practicum, or supervised clinical experience. Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems. Rate Based Pay Model Licensed: $68,000 – 75,000 Pre-licensed: $50,000 – 55,000 Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as education, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location.
