About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, People and Culture to spearhead a diverse range of new business initiatives. This pivotal role is dedicated to the full spectrum of talent and people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, performance and talent management, learning and leadership development, organizational development, and employee experience and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition efforts, from developing strategic approaches to full-cycle recruitment, and will also play a key role in fostering a culture of learning, leadership, and belonging. Essential duties include partnering with leaders to assess and meet capability needs, designing and implementing development programs, and ensuring that all people practices are in line with the company's values and mission. Applicants for the Vice President, People and Culture position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years' in progressive HR roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, management, and development, as well as in fostering employee engagement and organizational culture. Strong leadership, coaching, and consulting skills are essential, as is the ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on practitioner. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, who can effectively balance strategic leadership with the execution of people strategies. A working knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems is also necessary.
