Team members benefit from an ownership culture that values collaboration, accountability, and long-term growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Kaneohe, HI. The Salesperson will engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers to promote and sell plumbing, heating, and cooling equipment, focusing on wet-side solutions such as pumping and heat transfer systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, and following up to close opportunities. The role involves collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure accurate product selection, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will maintain account relationships, respond to inquiries, provide product education, and participate in local market outreach, meetings, and training as needed. Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing techniques. Ability to understand and explain technical products, preferably plumbing, HVAC, pumping, or heat transfer equipment. Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in proposals and documentation. Basic proficiency with CRM systems, office productivity software, and digital tools used for quoting and reporting. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and on-site responsibilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to an employee-owned, team-oriented culture. Prior experience in technical sales, plumbing/HVAC distribution, or related industrial sales is preferred. High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
